Weekly sessions are as follows (some term time only)

Mondays – Student Money Advice Drop-In, 1-4pm, Palatine Centre room PC063b – no booking required (ran by Louise Burnip Student Money Adviser – studentmoneyadviser@durham.ac.uk)

Tuesdays – Virtual Glutes & Abs Class 5.30pm on Zoom – bookings made via studentwellbeing.bookings@durham.ac.uk

Thursdays – Drug & Alcohol Drop-In 12-1.30pm Palatine Centre room PC063b – no booking required student email – CDDARS.uni@humankindcharity.org.uk

Thursdays – Full Body Circuit Class 6.30pm on Zoom – bookings made via studentwellbeing.bookings@durham.ac.uk

Thursdays – In-Person Yoga in the Bill Bryson Library Elvet room 5pm – bookings made via studentwellbeing.bookings@durham.ac.uk

Fridays – Mindfulness for students and staff 11am-12pm weekly during term time – register via chaplaincy@durham.ac.uk
