Please complete the Student Room Booking Form in full and send via email to chads.commercial@durham.ac.uk for consideration.  Please note; your booking form should be submitted at least 48 working hours before your requested date and time, Monday to Friday during normal office hours (08:30 – 16:00 M – Th and 08:30 – 15:00 Fr).

Forms submitted after 15:00 on a Friday and on a weekend will not be received until the following working day (Monday, or Tuesday in the case of a Bank holiday), and will therefore not be considered or authorised until then.

Access to spaces will not be granted without prior authorisation.

Please always allow 48 working hours for consideration of booking forms. It cannot be guaranteed that forms received outside of this timescale will be considered and agreed in time for your requested reservation.
