Postgraduates at St Chad’s can chose to live in either self catered or part catered accommodation.

Self-catering accommodation is available at Trinity Hall and Hallgarth Street.

Part-catered accommodation is available within properties on the Bailey.

All accommodation is offered on a 50-week let.

PG Occupancy dates for St Chad’s College 2022-2023

A 50 week let runs from Wednesday 21 September 2022 until Tuesday 05 September 2023.

Arrival and Departure dates may vary dependant upon the choice of course and early arrival / late departure can be arranged providing there are sufficient rooms available.

Students for whom their course does not tie in directly to the standard dates should contact the Postgraduate Director for advice on the availability of rooms. It may be, for example, that an early arrival is accommodated in a different room to that designated for the full term of the let.

Catering

The part catered option enables students to eat in College during the academic term but to cater for themselves during vacation periods.

Please note: Academic Term dates are different from occupancy dates.

NB Postgraduate students commence their courses prior to the start of term when normally there is no student food provision. However, to enable students to integrate into St Chad’s College, continental breakfast and a soup lunch are provided free of charge for new PGs from 21 September.
